Your questions, answered

Wondering about something?

Every good journey begins with a few questions. We’re here for yours.

Ask our team
Where do we begin?

Tell us what draws you to Uganda, when you’d like to travel and who is coming along. We’ll help shape an itinerary around your time, interests and preferred level of comfort.

Can a safari be tailored to me?

Yes. The journeys here are starting points. We can discuss dates, pace, accommodation and the experiences you most want to include, then send you a personal quote.

When is a good time to visit?

Uganda welcomes travellers throughout the year. The drier periods are popular for trekking and wildlife trips, but the right time depends on your route and interests. Share your dates and we’ll help you plan.

Can you arrange gorilla and chimpanzee trekking?

Yes. Our itineraries include trekking in Uganda and Rwanda. Permits and availability are confirmed as part of your booking. Standard gorilla tracking allows one hour with a habituated family, following the park briefing and ranger guidance.

Uganda Wildlife Authority
What is included in a safari?

Each journey lists its planned inclusions. Your personal quote confirms transport, accommodation, meals, permits and activities for your dates. Flights, optional experiences and personal expenses depend on the itinerary.

Can you help with arrival and onward travel?

We offer airport transfers, vehicle hire, air ticketing and hotel reservation assistance alongside our safaris. You can discuss these arrangements with the same team.

Where should I check visa requirements?

Requirements depend on your nationality and travel plans. Check Uganda’s official immigration portal for current guidance and applications. We can help with travel-planning questions.
