A little closer to extraordinary.
Three days into Uganda’s forest country, with gorilla trekking in Bwindi and time with the Batwa community.
On this three-day gorilla trekking safari, you’ll step into a wilderness that holds nearly half of the global mountain gorilla population, with habituated gorilla families visited under ranger guidance. The thrill of spotting a silverback up close, surrounded by playful juveniles and nurturing mothers, is a once-in-a-lifetime memory.
Beyond gorillas, this adventure unveils a treasure trove of biodiversity. Olive baboons, vervet monkeys, and the striking black-and-white colobus monkeys swing through the forest canopy, while over 350 bird species. Including the African green broadbill and the black-billed turaco, flutter across the trees. Add to this a Batwa cultural visit, where Uganda’s “forest keepers” share their stories through dance, music, and heritage, and you’ll understand why a 3 days gorilla trekking safari is much more than just an encounter. It is a journey into nature, culture, and conservation.
