4-DAY CHIMPANZEE TREKKING & QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK SAFARI

This 4-day safari takes you to Kibale National Park, renowned for chimpanzee trekking, and Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda’s premier wildlife destinations. Located in the western region of the country along the magnificent Albertine Rift Valley, both parks offer a spectacular blend of wildlife, rich biodiversity, and breathtaking landscapes.

Day 1: Pick-Up and Transfer to Kibale National Park

Upon your arrival, you will be warmly received by our professional English-speaking guide, who will brief you about your safari itinerary. After the orientation, you will embark on a scenic drive to Kibale National Park, located in western Uganda. The journey takes approximately five hours, including a 30-minute lunch stopover in Fort Portal town.

Upon arrival, check in at your lodge located in or near Kibale Forest. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided nature walk in the Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary, situated on the edge of the forest. This wetland is well-known for its diversity of monkey species and rich birdlife. You will also visit nearby local communities to gain insights into their traditional lifestyles and cultural practices.
